Cancellations:
In the event of a cancellation, please return tickets to the place of purchase for a refund. If you ordered your tickets by phone or online, Ticketmaster will automatically refund your order.

Children's tickets:
Children are required to have a ticket if they are over the age of one (this applies primarily to shows intended for young children), over the age of two (most other touring events), and over the age of three (for Oklahoma City Thunder games).  However, in order for a child to have his or her own seat, a ticket is required.  In order to verify the policy for a specific event, please feel free to contact the Ford Center by email at info@okfordcenter.com.

Refunds:
Please confirm your ticket selection at the time of purchase as tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Resale of Tickets:
The resale of event tickets on the grounds of the Ford Center is strictly prohibited. To avoid problems with inflated prices, counterfeit or stolen tickets, please purchase your tickets through authorized Ticketmaster outlets only.

Accessible Seating:
Wheelchair accessible seats are available on each level of the Ford Center. Each has a companion seat. Wheelchair service and check-in is available. For additional information, please visit our A-Z Guest Guide.

Will Call:
Tickets purchased by phone or online and placed in Will Call may be picked day of show or in advance at anytime after your purchase at the Ford Center Box Office. Will Call policies may vary for select events, so please check the event page where any changes will be noted.

When picking up Will Call tickets, please be prepared to provide the credit card used to purchase the tickets as well as a valid photo I.D., and your order confirmation.

Press and VIP tickets are typically available approximately 60-90 minutes prior to the event, and can also be picked up at Will Call with a valid photo I.D.

LOTTERY - back to top
In an effort to be fair to all who wish to purchase tickets, the Ford Center Box Office uses a lottery system as required for major on-sales. The policies and procedures for the lottery system are detailed below.

Camping Out:

  • Camping out is not necessary and not permitted.
  • No lines before 7:00 AM please.

Purpose of Lottery:

  • Helps to prevent scapling.
  • Helps to maintain the order of the line.
  • Ensures everyone a fair chance to be first in line.
  • Prevents lines from interfering with other events at Ford Center.

Standard Lottery Policy:

  • Only one raffle ticket will be issued per person.
  • If a person takes more than one raffle ticket, they will be disqualified.
  • You must be at least 12 years old to participate.
  • Persons who arrive after the lottery must go to the end of the line.
  • 7:00 AM*  -  Line forms.
  • 9:00 AM*  -  Raffle tickets are issued.  (8:30 AM for Thunder Playoff on-sale)
  • 9:30 AM*  -  Lottery drawing.  (9:00 AM for Thunder Playoff on-sale)
  • 10:00 AM*  -  On-sale begins.

Lottery Procedure:

Every person who arrives before the drawing will be issued a raffle ticket.  Please note however that a raffle ticket only guarantees a place in line - not a ticket.  At the time of the drawing, the tickets are shuffled and one ticket is drawn.  The person who has the matching ticket number becomes the first person in line.  Everyone else stays in numerical order, and those with lower ticket numbers go to the end of the line.

Lottery Example:

400 people are issued raffle tickets for an on-sale.  The number 211 is drawn during the lottery.  The person holding ticket number 211 becomes first in line.  Everyone stays in numerical order.  The person with 212 becomes second, 213 third, and so on.  Then, those with ticket numbers 1-210 simply line up behind the person with ticket number 400.

*  Please note:  All times are based on a standard 10:00 AM on-sale.  The times and the location of where the line should form may vary due to the number of participants anticipated, weather conditions, or other event requirements.  Signs will be clearly posted prior to the on-sale.
