QUESTION: What is an Executive Suite on the Cox Communications Level?
ANSWER: Something good is going on up there! An Executive Suite on the Cox Communications Level is an accommodating spectator parlor with seating for sporting events and star-studded performances. Offering first class amenities and designed for comfort, the suites are located only 30 rows above the floor on the exclusive Cox Communications Level of the Ford Center with access to a private entrance, concourse, restaurant and bar area. Executive Suites truly have premium sight lines for viewing all the action in style with VIP treatment.

QUESTION: What type of events take place at the Ford Center?
ANSWER: Home to the Central Hockey League's Oklahoma City Blazers and the Arena Football League's Oklahoma City Yard Dawgz, the Ford Center also hosts major concerts, family events, ice shows, sporting events, and the latest in show stopping entertainment. .

QUESTION: Can someone else use my Suite when I cannot attend? Can I have a co-owner share the cost?
ANSWER: Yes. A suite purchaser can distribute tickets to anyone they choose. This will apply to all Ford Center public ticketed events for which the suite owner has purchased the minimum of 4 tickets. Each Suite will be licensed to one managing partner, but may be invoiced to a corporate account. All invoices and documents will be issued to one primary account holder.

QUESTION: What happens to the suite when I do not purchase tickets to an event?
ANSWER: If the suite owner chooses not to purchase tickets to a public event, the suite will be inaccessible. Ford Center/SMG will not re-sell your suite to another individual.

QUESTION: Can I hire a private catering company to cater my Suite?
ANSWER: SMG is the exclusive provider of all food and beverage services at Ford Center, including catering, which can be arranged through the Suite & In-Seat Supervisor. A diverse and upscale menu is available for in-suite dining in addition to the exlusive food and beverage choies available on the Cox Communications Level.

QUESTION: Can I decorate the Suite as I choose?
ANSWER: Each suite is finished out with high quality wall coverings, plush carpet and furniture, as well as heating, cooling and communication features. Pictures or other personal items and accessories may be placed in and remain in the suite for the length of the agreement, no other alterations of existing fixtures or furniture is permitted.

QUESTION: My suite is located behind the stage; can I move to a better view?
ANSWER: Yes, due to production requirements of certain events, occasions may arise when a suite may have an obstructed view. Per the Suite License Agreement, certain obstructed seats allow the suite owner the right to purchase seats in the next best alternative location including, but not limited to, other seating areas on the Cox Communications Level.

QUESTION: Where is the best place to park?
ANSWER: As a Suite owner you will receive two (2) VIP Parking passes, as well as the option to purchase two (2) more. Directions to the VIP parking lot located below I-40, on the south side of the Ford Center.

WESTBOUND ON I-40:
Exit I-40 Westbound at the Robinson Street exit. At the bottom of the off-ramp, turn Left (South) on Robinson go 1 block to Third Street (Third Street is a one-way street East). Turn Left (East) and proceed 1 1/2 Blocks to the Entrance (on the Left) of the VIP lot, before the stoplight at EK Gaylord. Please look for signs at the entrance to the VIP lot.

EASTBOUND ON I-40:
Exit I-40 Eastbound at the Harvey Street exit. At the bottom of the off-ramp, turn Right at the Third Street (Third Street is a one-way street East) stoplight. Proceed on Third Street 1 1/2 Blocks to the entrance (on the Left) of the VIP lot, before the stoplight at EK Gaylord. Please look for signs at the entrance to the VIP lot.

Please note that all vehicles must exit the parking lots located below I-40 within 1 1/2 hours after any event.

QUESTION: Can anyone eat in the restaurant on the Cox Communications Level?
ANSWER: One of the many privileges of an Executive Suite owner is the option to dine and entertain at the the Victory Bar & Buffet and the Sunset Bistro. The Cox Communications Level is restricted to guests with tickets to suites or club seats. The York Icehouse, located on The Oklahoman Level, is the only full-service restaurant and bar that is open to all patrons.

QUESTION: Can I have my assistant take care of my ticket arrangements?
ANSWER: You may assign your assistant or the person of your choice to be the Suite Administrator on the account.The Suite Administrator is the designated contact responsible for managing and distributing event tickets and making certain the Suite is being used effectively. All ticket requests, reservations, payments and/or additional services must come from the Account Holder or Suite Administrator.

QUESTION: How do I change the Account Administrator on the account?
ANSWER: Any change of information must be submitted in writing, either by mail to the Premium Ticketing Department or by fax to (405) 297.1683. The authorized person (the Suite Account Holder, Co-owner or Suite Administrator) must sign the requests.

QUESTION: Can the Suite & In-Seat Supervisor help me decide my suite menu and place that order?
ANSWER: Our Suite & In-Seat Supervisor is available to assist with the selection of a suite menu. You will need to make suite catering request and final decision a minimum of 72 hours prior to the event.

QUESTION: Is there a minimum number of tickets that I must purchase to an event?
ANSWER: You must order a minimum of 4 tickets to use your suite during any public ticketed event. Each suite includes 10, 12 or 14 permanent stadium seats located just outside the suite in the arena bowl. With each suite, you also have the option of purchasing 4 additional standing room only tickets, which makes your maximum occupancy 14, 16 or 18. To accommodate these additional tickets, a counter height gathering table with 4 bar stools and additional seating are avaialble inside the suite.

QUESTION: How do I get to the VIP Parking lot?
ANSWER:
