QUESTION: What is a Cox Communications Level Club Seat?
ANSWER: This is the exclusive seating level for sporting events and world-class entertainment. Offering first class amenities, premier service, and private entrance and concourse in addition to spectacular sight lines with oversized theater-style cushioned seats. The Cox Communications Level is the new standard in arena seating. Besides this membership, the Cox Communications Level also includes exclusive access to the Victory Buffet & Bar and the Sunset Bistro.

QUESTION: Can I select where my Club Seat is located?
ANSWER: Yes, you may select from our available inventory.

QUESTION: Do I get my same seat for all Ford Center events?
ANSWER: Yes, as a member on the Cox Communications Level, your Club Seat agreement allows you to own that seat for one, three or five years. You have the option to purchase tickets for that same seat for all ticketed public events. If you choose not to purchase tickets for a particular event, your seat will be resold. On very rare occasions, your assigned seat may be restricted due to the shows production needs and you will be relocated to a comparable seating area.

QUESTION: Can someone else use my Club Seat when I cannot attend?
ANSWER: Yes, another person can use a Club Seat ticket purchased by the primary account holder if you cannot attend, however, the Club Seat Administrator will be the only person that can purchase event tickets and may not transfer club seat ownership. This applies to all public events at the Ford Center. If you choose not to purchase tickets for that event, your Club Seat will be released for sale to the general public.

ANSWER: Home to the Central Hockey League's Oklahoma City Blazers and the Arena Football League's Oklahoma City Yard Dawgz, the Ford Center also hosts major concerts, family events, ice shows, sporting events, and the latest in show stopping entertainment.

QUESTION: Where is the best place to park?

QUESTION: Can anyone eat in the restaurant on the Cox Communications Level?
ANSWER: One of the many privileges of being a Club Seat Member is the opportunity to enjoy the private restaurants and bars. Only patrons with tickets on the exclusive Cox Communications Level can sample the premium beer, wine, and liquor selections, and distinctive dining options offered at the Sunset Bistro and the Victory Buffet.

QUESTION: I’m bringing a guest in a wheelchair; will they be able to sit with me on the Cox Communications Level?
ANSWER: The Ford Center offers accessible seating in an integrated setting on all levels of the facility. However, unless you have purchased the Club Seat located next to the accessible seating area, other arrangements will need to be made through our Premium Seating Coordinator during regular business hours. Other services include accessible concessions counters and restrooms on every level.
